Open Trial for Fresh NCC Enrolment at BBAU on September 14, Interested Students Can Participate

Lucknow: Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University (BBAU) is organizing an Open Trial for the enrolment of new NCC cadets by NCC 67 UP Battalion on September 14, 2026. All registered male students of the University can participate in the selection process, subject to the availability of seats.
Students interested in joining the NCC Army Wing are required to report at 9:00 AM on September 14, 2026, at the Birsa Munda Student Activity Centre, BBAU. Students have been instructed to report in proper sports attire, including a T-shirt, lower/shorts, and sports shoes. For enrolment, first-year students, as well as second-year students enrolled in four-year or five-year degree programmes, will be eligible. The candidates must also meet the prescribed minimum height requirement of 178 cm (5 feet 10 inches). As part of the selection process, students will also have to appear for a General Knowledge (G.K.) written test.
The University has advised interested students to bring the prescribed NCC enrolment/registration form along with them and carry a pen for the written test. The registration form can be obtained from the notification issued on the University website or from the concerned office.
