SBI Managing Director hands over cheque of ₹40.69 Lakh to The Leprosy Mission Trust India under CSR On 28th May 2026
Shri Ashwini Kumar Tewari, Managing Director of State Bank of India (SBI), presented a cheque of ₹40.69 lakh to The Leprosy Mission Trust India (TLMTI) during his visit to Lucknow Circle on 28th May 2026. The contribution has been madeSBI Managing Director hands over cheque of ₹40.69 Lakh to The Leprosy Mission Trust India under CSR On 28th May 2026 under the Bank’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative.
The financial assistance will be utilized for procurement of medical equipment for hospitals run by TLMTI in Ayodhya and Barabanki districts, aimed at strengthening healthcare services for patients affected by leprosy and other neglected tropical diseases (NTDs).
Speaking on the occasion, Shri Ashwini Kumar Tewari said, “This contribution will strengthen healthcare services for people affected by leprosy and other neglected tropical diseases. SBI remains committed to inclusive development and supporting organizations that create lasting impact at the grassroots level.”

Shri Dipesh Raj, Chief General Manager, Shri Vimal Kishore, GM-I & Shri Kaushalendra Kumar, GM-III, State Bank of India, Lucknow Circle, also graced the occasion.
