Youth Dialogue Organised at BBAU, Youth Encouraged Towards Innovation and Entrepreneurship

Lucknow: Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University organised a ‘Youth Dialogue’ on September 18 under the ‘Seven-Day Hindi Workshop’ organised by the Hindi Cell. Dr. Baljeet Kumar Srivastava, Assistant Director, Official Language, BBAU, was present as the keynote speaker at the programme.

Addressing the youth, Dr. Baljeet Kumar Srivastava said that young people possess immense potential and talent, and by making effective use of their abilities, they can achieve great heights in life. He said that whether in the academic field or any other sphere, the youth of India are establishing their distinct identity at the global level. He highlighted that young people are continuously progressing through innovation and entrepreneurship, and in the past few years, a large number of youth have established startups and made a significant contribution towards strengthening the country’s economy. Dr. Srivastava encouraged the youth to become not merely job seekers but also creators of employment opportunities. He called upon young people to actively participate in education, innovation, research, entrepreneurship and creative activities and to channelise their talent and energy in a positive direction. He said that the responsibility for the future of the country rests on the shoulders of the youth and, therefore, it is their duty to make constructive use of their time and abilities, play an active role in nation-building and work consistently towards achieving the goal of a developed India.

As part of the programme, an interactive session was also organised to ensure the active participation of the youth. During the session, students and research scholars asked the keynote speaker questions on various subjects. Dr. Srivastava responded to their queries, provided guidance and encouraged the participants to remain focused on their goals, continue learning and contribute towards the नेशन। Dr. Preeti Rai, Dr. Sandhya Dixit, other faculty members, non-teaching staff, research scholars and students were present on the occasion.
