BBAU Doubles Intake Capacity for B.Com. (Hons.); Admissions to be Offered for 180 Seats

Lucknow: Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University (BBAU), Lucknow, has taken an important decision for students aspiring to pursue the B.Com. (Hons.) programme offered by the Department of Commerce. The University has approved an increase in the admission capacity of the B.Com. (Hons.) programme from 90 seats to 180 seats, effective from the academic session 2026–27.

The increase in admission capacity will enable a larger number of students to pursue the B.Com. (Hons.) programme at the Main Campus of BBAU. The decision has been taken by the University administration keeping in view the academic requirements of students and the growing opportunities in higher education.
